Time Travelling Duo

Based on the East Coast of the UK, we are two friends that share a passion for vintage toys and collectables. One is a designer of toys, games and books, the other runs a successful music and comic shop both online and in the local town. It’s this shared interest that has bought us together and we want to share the joy of toy with you!

DD Music Geek

Dave Dangerfield created DD Music Geek (DDMG) in the latter half of 2019, to fill the void in the local area for music and pop culture items, two of Dave’s passions.

This quickly led to a successful online store and also a popular physical store. The selection of products is now expanding to include everything from guitars and musical instruments vinyl records, CDs, comics, figures, gift products, licensed merchandise and games.

Along with DDMG and now 88mph, Dave is currently working on rehearsals with two local bands as well as spending too many hours trying to get through the original Wonder Boy arcade game on 3 lives.

With 20 years experience in the amusement arcade industry, a collector of toys and games for longer than he will admit here (it’s a long time), plus always geeking out when he visits anywhere with toys, Dave is looking forward to the journey he and Matt are about to set out on, when we hit 88mph!
